No. Ownvia only offers leases. If you can pay the full price today, buying from a retailer will cost you less.

No. Prices are shown before tax. The taxes for your province are added to each payment.

Through Flinks, a Canadian bank-verification service, we confirm your income and pay dates so your payments line up with your payday. You sign in on your bank's secure page; we never see or store your banking password.

Your ID photos are stored encrypted and only the staff who review applications can see them. We only ask for what we need to review your application.

We ship by parcel to your home address in the provinces where we lease. We're starting with Ontario.

Yes, at any time. Ask for a return from My account, ship the item at your own cost to Ownvia Returns, 4455 Highway 440, Laval, Quebec J7B 1T4, and add the tracking number. Payments due after we receive it stop. Please send it in good condition and in its original box: if it's damaged or the box is missing, fees may apply after we inspect it.

Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and weekends, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern time).
